At CWS, our career counselling takes on a technological edge. As well as taking time to get to know your needs, we use the state-of-the-art New Directions career counseling program to help you identify your career options. Trained New Directions counselors will assist you to interpret your career options and match them to your personality and needs.

We will personally assist you to prepare your resume, write application letters, address selection criteria, assist in job search, discuss training options, and prepare you for interviews.

If you need an up-to-date resume that meet the needs of employers today, our trained employment consultants will personally meet with you and prepare a suitable resume for you and your career.

CWS receives funding from the federal and state government for various employment and training programs that may be able to assist you if you are unemployed or looking for work.

The CWS Training provides specialised training and advice for businesses, individuals and the community.

CWS is a registered training organisation (Provider No:31097) to deliver nationally recognised qualifications at our Lindum site or in the workplace, depending on the needs of our clients and organisations.

Currently CWS delivers the following nationally recognised courses:

• THH21802 Certificate 2 in Hospitality (Operations)
• BSB20101 Certificate 2 in Business (4 units delivered)
